AB-38 real estate transaction inspections are assessments conducted during California real estate transactions to check compliance with defensible space and vegetation management requirements under Assembly Bill 38. Properties may apply for a dynamic risk rating corresponding to their level of resilience (Sentinel Tier, Vanguard Tier or Guardian Tier).
